Every tier ships with a 48-hour report. If the inspector has same-day or next-day capacity, the same walkthrough can be rushed inside 24 hours — the price uplift depends on unit size and inspector availability, and is quoted at booking rather than set as a flat add-on.
48-hour standard
The default turnaround on every tier above. Photo-rich report delivered within 48 hours of the walkthrough — no surprise add-on when capacity is normal.
24-hour rush
Available on every tier when the inspector has same-day or next-day capacity. Best for last-minute move-ins, end-of-lease deadlines, and same-week licensing windows.
